  2. How We Source and Deliver Products
    We run on a dropshipping model, which means our products are shipped directly from trusted partners, including suppliers on AliExpress. Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 10 – 30 business days, depending on the product’s location and the shipping option chosen.

  3. Prices and Payments
    All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) unless otherwise stated. We may update prices, descriptions, or product details from time to time without prior notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout using any of the payment methods available on our site.

  4. Order Processing
    Once you’ve placed an order, you have 24 hours to cancel or make changes. After that, it moves into processing, and we can’t make adjustments. Please note, we can’t be held responsible for customs delays or shipping issues beyond our control.

  5. Returns and Refunds
    Because we use dropshipping, we can only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If that happens, please get in touch within three days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos and a short explanation before approving the return. Unless the mistake was ours, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  6. Customs and Duties
    If your order is going outside Ghana, it might be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges. These aren’t included in our product or shipping prices and will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery.
